Our ward turkey bowl

Our ward held its annual turkey bowl a week ago in preparation for Thanksgiving. Tim was the MVP. Here are just a few of my favorite pictures of him. Perhaps Michigan sh0uld've asked him to start for them this year seeing as he completed more passes in one game than Threet and Sheridan completed all season. Here's hoping that next year will be a better year for Michigan once they have more practice.

I don't know if I would want to go up against Tim.

The many faces of Mya...

Yo...what's up? You lookin' at me?

This is the face she gives us when she doesn't know what we are doing. Needless to say...we get the face a lot.
Her stare. Look at those blue eyes.

She smiles a lot these days. Tim finally caught it on camera.

We always put pictures on our blog, Be sure to check it out if you want to see more Mya.

This past weekend I got to go to Zion's National Park with some friends. It was so much fun and it was beautiful. And the weather was perfect, it was nice to be outdoors. We hiked Angel's Landing, and these are some pictures from it.

On our way up to the top

Official Peanut News Flash

We finally found it! The long lost trophy. It is ready for the next winning team. It seems that we need some tournament rules - teams, number of rounds, etc. Any volunteers? Looking forward to some great games...Mackinaw will guard it until it is won!

Theo helping his dad

Theo loves computers! Is anyone surprised?
At least he reads the instructions first, which many of us don't do.

Fun Times

Christopher loves watching football with his dad. Here he is calling "TOUCHDOWN" last Saturday. Can you see how excited he is??Christopher and Piper have been hanging out a lot lately while their dads have been studying for finals. Here they are at the Zoo last weekend. It was a really nice day.

Christopher had his two month appointment last Friday. He got his first round of shots, but like his shirt says, he was a tough guy. He is a champion in the weight department. He now weighs 12 lbs, 2 oz! He also grew an inch since his last appointment two weeks ago, so he's up to 23 1/2 inches long. What a big boy!

Isn't this a funny picture? I just happened to snap the picture when he had his arm up, so he looks like he is totally lounging. How cute.

Dressing little girls

We just love dressing Mya. Her latest accessory...the headband. We love it.

Our little love bug.

If we didn't dress her or clean her daily, this is what she would look like.

Anna came over to visit on Sunday and got her to sleep.

Notice we always have a burp cloth near by because she spits up so much. However, no matter how much we try to shield the couch, the table, the floor, the swing, our clothes...she gets us and not the burp cloth. She is a little stinker.

She went to her first BYU game and slept right through it.

I thought the noise would bother her but it didn't.

I dressed her really warm and it turned out to be a warm day. Bummer.

Happy baby

Mya continues to show more and more expression. Hello happy face.

I think Mya will not approve of these pictures being posted on the internet when she gets older. But how can we resist...look at that face and that stomach...

She isn't used to deep baths. But she is beginning to like them. They calm her at night.

She loves our bed and our blankets. She sleeps better there than she does in her own bed. What a stinker.

Janine took these photos outside our complex. She loves the leaves and wanted to get some good pics with Mya before I rake them tomorrow.

Mya loves great-grandma Bea's hat. It keeps her head nice and toasty when it is cold out. Thanks grandma.
Her famous stink-eye. I think she got it from Janine.

Eeeh...I am a blob.

Getting Older

So I know all I post about is Christopher but he is just so darn cute and awesome.
Here are a few reasons we are proud of him and like to brag.

Look how well he holds up his head. He usually loves tummy time and gets a great workout.
I just thought this picture was funny. We put him on his tummy after a long day hanging out with his grandparents and he just fell asleep like this. He rarely falls asleep on his own, he must have been so tired!

Christopher has had such great facial expressions in the last few days. He is really starting to be expressive. Its so cute!

Blessing Day

Christopher was blessed by his dad this past Sunday. It was a great experience and it was so fun to have so much family be able to come. We sure love our little boy!

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone!

A movie and a Picture

Here is a fun movie with Theo. Also a picture of what happens when Theo figures out how to take off his diaper. Joan left him in his diaper while she went to switch the laundry, and when she came back she found him naked on his fire truck.
